All products sold are for off road use only. The buyer assumes all risks for using this product and by using the product agrees to not hold the company and it’s employees and directors (seller) responsible for any harm or damage in any jurisdiction for using this product and agrees to indemnify the seller of any third party claims due to any harm or damage in any jurisdiction related to using this product. All products sold carry 1 Year Limited Warranty and 90 days Full warranty ( full replacement or repair) for parts, manufacturing or workmanship defect from the day item is delivered and properly installed and used. Item must be returned to us for examination (at buyer’s cost). Upon validity of warranty after examination, the product will be repaired or exchanged at seller’s discretion and will be shipped to buyer at no cost. Original return ship cost (up to 30 USD) will be reimbursed upon providing receipt for charges. All sales are final and non-refundable without exception (NC/NR). You must notify us on non-delivery within 10 business days from day order is shipped. Failure to notify us will void shipment insurance and hence no replacement. If item is damaged during ship, buyer will have to notify us within 2 business days of delivery. Damaged items must be returned before a replacement can be shipped to buyer. Original return ship cost (up to 30 USD) will be reimbursed upon providing receipt for ship charges.
